Self-Adhesive Paper Envelopes

Traditional envelopes tend to be sealed with tapes or strings, which is a more cumbersome and inefficient method compared to self-adhesive paper envelopes. Self-adhesive paper envelopes can be sealed much faster and more simply.It also eliminates the need for additional glue, directly using pre-adhered, ready-to-use adhesives. In mass production and long-distance trade, using self-adhesive paper envelopes speeds up the packaging process, reduces material accumulation, lowers the risk of errors by operators, and ensures that the packages remain intact during transportation.

We offer three types of self-adhesive glue:
- Release Stickers: We apply a pressure-sensitive adhesive at the sealing point and cover it with a removable protective paper or liner. Users only need to simply "peel off and press" to complete the sealing of the envelope, which is efficient and secure. This type of self-adhesive glue is the most widely used and is suitable for use in business packaging and retail outlets.
- Moisture-Activated Gum: A dry, non-sticky tape is applied at the sealing point and needs to be moistened before it becomes effective. Its strength is not very strong, but it is the most cost-effective option.
- AB Glue: Glue strips are attached to both sides of the envelope, allowing it to be firmly and smoothly adhered together. Therefore, this method of gluing is suitable for use in high-quality business letters, important legal documents, and packaging for premium brands, among other scenarios.

Envelope Printing

We offer a variety of printing technologies;
- Basic Offset: It can print complex designs and gradient effects, and can achieve precise color matching (PMS colors).
- Flexographic Printing: It is suitable for solid color designs, logos, text and simple graphics, and can present clear printing effects. It is a relatively cost-effective choice and is suitable for handling large orders.
- Foil Stamping (gold/silver): By heating and applying pressure, a thin layer of metal film is pressed onto the surface of the envelope, resulting in a very good visual effect with a bright and reflective appearance. It is suitable for use in luxury items, wedding stationery, and high-value corporate gifts, etc.
- UV Printing: The ink is cured by ultraviolet radiation, thereby creating a durable and highly glossy surface on the paper. This surface has the ability to resist scratches and wear during transportation. This method is also relatively environmentally friendly because the amount of pollutants emitted during this process is relatively lower.
- Embossing and Debossing: Customers' logos and other information can be designed to have a raised or recessed effect on the paper surface, without the need for additional colors or inks, adding a three-dimensional texture.
