Q1: What is your company history?

A: We focused on the disposable packages and disposable cutlery products for over 15years . our products have been exported to over 150 countries such as North-American ; South-American ; Australia ; Middle-East ; Southeast Asia ;Africa;etc .

Q2：Is the sample available?

A:Surely , the samples shall be free to you , but the freight shall be paid by you .

Q3：Can we customize our products and printing package?

A: Yes, OEM & ODM shall be accepted by us , Please kindly send us your samples or drawing or details for starting . then we could follow your artworks and launch your own design products, which is protected by our law if necessary. The samples can be send to you for evaluation before bulking production .

Q4：How long is the lead time?

A: The lead time can be within 20~35days after receipt of the 30% deposit and all printing confirmation .

Q5：What's your payment terms?

A: Usually , The payment terms should be 30%T/T before the production and 70%T/T against the BL copy.

Q6：How can you assure your product quality?

A: Firstly , We were in this field for over 15years and enjoy the high reputation and respection from our existing clients. Secondly , we have our own QA & QC department for inspection to every details before loading . thirdly , we need the repeated order from your company , the quality & service was most important to us .

Q8：It was one new item to us, how can we proceeding ?

A:Please contact us directly, then our salesman shall let you know which items was hot sales or better sailing in your local market.

Q9：When may I have the price list from you?

A: All response shall be done within 24Hours . the exact price list shall be send to you in time after receipt of your detailed demands .

Q10: Can you provide the sailing or air transporting?

A: We had our logistics department and forwarder ,it was so easy to finish our booking and loading . The loading can be done in our factory if it was one full container , so the damages can be better avoided.

Q11: Are bagasse containers microwave safe?

A: Yes, most bagasse food containers are microwave safe when used according to recommended guidelines. Bagasse containers are made from natural sugarcane fiber and can generally withstand normal food heating temperatures.

They are suitable for reheating hot meals, takeout food, and ready-to-eat products. However, extremely high temperatures or prolonged heating should be avoided to maintain the container’s strength and appearance.

Q13: Can custom paper cups be compostable?

A: Yes, custom paper cups can be compostable when they are manufactured with suitable materials and coatings.

Traditional paper cups often use plastic-based PE coatings, which limit compostability. Compostable paper cups usually use plant-based coatings such as PLA (polylactic acid), allowing them to break down under proper industrial composting conditions.
