With the recent surge in takeout and delivery orders, it's important to find ways to bring sustainability to each order. If you use bagasse bowl with lid to wrap dishes, eco-conscious customers will only choose to order from your premises. Bagasse is regarded as a valuable renewable resource. These biodegradable bagasse bowls with lids are the most sustainable option on the market.

Bagasse bowl with lid - renewable and compostable
Bagasse bowls with lids are natural oils and cut resistant, microwave heated, freeze safe, and can easily withstand temperatures up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Because it is a plant-based product, it is easy to compost and has become popular in commercial composting facilities as a carbon introduction tool in the composting process. Most bagasse can also be composted at home - as long as the end user chopped or shredded the product and applied appropriate composting measures. As a result, bagasse is being positioned as an excellent alternative to traditional paper, plastic and foam products in a growing range of products, including paper towels, newsprint, tableware, writing paper and many other consumer products.
Our bagasse bowl with lid is 100% compostable - the rate of decomposition depends on composting conditions such as temperature, turnover, moisture, etc. Like other compostable materials, products biodegrade faster if they are broken down into smaller products. They will biodegrade at the same rate as garden waste in a home composting system, which takes about 90 to 120 days, depending on the system.

  What is bagasse
Bagasse is used as a fuel source for sugar mills; When burned in large quantities, it produces enough heat to meet all the needs of a typical sugar mill and provide excess energy. It is currently used around the world as a fuel source to provide heat and electricity; Sell it back to the consumer grid.
Emissions from such power plants with regard to the resulting carbon dioxide (CO2); But overall, CO2 emissions are equal to the amount of CO2 that sugarcane plants absorb from the atmosphere during their growth phase, which makes the greenhouse gas effect neutral. In many countries, sugar mills contribute "green" electricity to the overall electricity supply.
Bagasse is an excellent alternative to many products traditionally made from trees. Let's use an example to illustrate our point - a plain paper plate for a picnic. Trees are plants and can be replanted, but getting that tree to the point where it can be harvested is a long process. When we remove forests, we also destroy entire ecosystems. By using crop by-products instead of paper, which can be renewed in just one growing season, we have a much smaller impact on the ecosystem.
Since bagasse can easily be produced, pulped, molded and composted each year, it is fast becoming a renewable solution to deforestation and our rapidly depleting fossil fuel reserves. We believe it makes sense to replace commercial forestry practices or oil production with easily renewable agricultural by-products.
