PLA

Raw material:ogenerated from fermenting corn, sugar cane and other crops' starch
Features:
1. Physical texture and appearance close to traditional plastics, transparency
2. Oil resistance and water tight, perfect for cold drink cups and salad boxes. 3, Transparent meal lids
3. Can be industrially composted and degraded (special facilities should be employed)
4. Not resistant to heat, not suitable for hot foods.
 
Common uses: Cold drink cups, ice cream cups, clear salad boxes, disposable sushi boxes, PLA coating layer for oil-proof paper bags.

 
Bagasse

Raw material: sugar cane extraction residue, opaque, yellowish-white in color
Features:
1. natural fiber structure, firm and pressure-resistant
2. heat resistance (microwave heating, applicable for hot soup, rice)
3. natural degradation (can also be composted at home)
 
Common applications:Fast food packagings, lunch box packaging, disposable soup bowl, disposable dinner plate, take away package 


 

CPLA

Raw material: PLA with special crystallization treatment
Characteristics:
1、 better heat resistance than common PLA (up to 80-90°C)
2、 good hardness, suitable for knives and forks, spoons, stirring rods
3、 potential Industrial composting degradation
4、 slightly higher cost
 
General applications:Disposable cutlery (knife, fork, spoon), hot drink stirrers, lids for hot drinks.


 

   Bamboo fiber

Pulp Molding

Raw materials: wheat straw, reeds, sugar cane pulp and other plant fibers
Characteristics:
1. light, biodegradable
2. suitable for disposable egg trays, fruit trays, fast food boxes packaging
3. resistant to oil and water need additional coating (it is recommended to choose PLA lamination instead of PE plastic film)
 
Common uses:Disposable Egg trays, fruit packaging, pulp lunch boxes (wheat straw lunch boxes)
 

Blends of PBAT/PLA

Raw material: PLA+PBAT
Properties:
1. Elastic, can be used as undershirt bags, dispoable garbage bags
2. Completely biodegradable (conforming to international standards)
3. Pricier than common plastic
 
Common use:Biodegradable food takeaway bags, supermarket shopping bag
